Gautier Public Library Presents “Thinking Money for Kids: Pet Cents”

Gautier, MS — The Gautier Public Library invites children ages 8–11 to join a fun and educational program, “Thinking Money for Kids: Pet Cents,” on Monday, December 1st at 4:00 p.m.  This interactive session helps kids learn the basics of budgeting through playful, pet-themed activities that make money management both simple and fun! Participants will discover how to make smart spending choices, save wisely, and understand the value of money, all while having a great time.  This program is sponsored by the American Library Association and the FINRA Foundation as part of the Thinking Money for Kids initiative.

Gautier Public Library Invites You to “GLP/Create! Tis the Season! 3-D Printed Earrings”

Gautier, MS – The Gautier Public Library is spreading holiday cheer with a creative twist at its upcoming CP/Create! “Tis the Season! 3-D Printed Earrings” event on Saturday, December 6 at 10:30 a.m.  Participants will get hands-on as they paint their own 3-D printed earrings, a festive and fun way to welcome the season! All supplies are provided, making this event a perfect opportunity to relax, craft, and create.  For more information, please contact the Gautier Public Library to register.

Gingerbread House Building at Gautier Public Library

Gautier, MS —The Gautier Public Library invites families and friends to join in some sweet holiday fun at the annual Gingerbread House Building event on Saturday, December 13, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Participants will enjoy a festive afternoon creating their own delicious gingerbread houses, complete with all the supplies needed to decorate and design a one-of-a-kind holiday masterpiece. This event is free and open to all ages, but reservations are required, as supplies are limited.  For more information or to reserve your spot, please contact the Gautier Public Library.

Kids Game Night at Gautier Public Library

Gautier, MS _The Gautier Public Library invites children and families to join in the fun at Kids Game Night on Monday, December 15 at 4:00 p.m.  This exciting event will feature a variety of games, puzzles, and activities perfect for kids ages 5–11. Games will be provided, but participants are welcome to bring their own favorites from home to share and play with friends.

It’s the perfect way to unwind after school, meet new friends, and enjoy a night full of laughter and friendly competition! Sponsored in part by the American Library Association.

Page Turners Book Club to Discuss “Not Quite Dead Yet” at Gautier Public Library

Gautier, MS — The Gautier Public Library invites readers to join the next Page Turners Monthly Meeting on Saturday, December 20, at 10:30 a.m., where members will discuss Not Quite Dead Yet by Holly Jackson, the New York Times bestselling author of A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder.

Book lovers are welcome to join the conversation, share their thoughts, and connect with fellow readers. Even if you haven’t finished the book, all are encouraged to attend, the Page Turners is a welcoming space for anyone who enjoys reading and great discussion.

Gautier Public Library Hosts Monthly Trivia Night at Antonio’s Pizzeria, New Date and Time

Gautier, MS — Think you know it all? Put your knowledge to the test at Trivia Night with the Gautier Public Library, held at Antonio’s Pizzeria on the last Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

Enjoy an evening of fun, food, and friendly competition while supporting your local library. Trivia Night is free to play and open to all—bring your friends, form a team, and see if you have what it takes to be the champions!

Monthly Friends of the Library Meeting

Gautier, MS — The Gautier Public Library invites community members to join the Friends of the Library Monthly Membership Meeting, held every third Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at the library.

These meetings offer an opportunity to support and shape the future of the library through discussions on fundraising, marketing, and event planning. Members also provide valuable feedback and ideas for programs and services that benefit the entire community.

Annual membership is just $5 for individuals or $10 for families, with corporate sponsorships beginning at $25. New members are always welcome!
