Ina Thompson Moss Point Library Announces Exciting Fall Intersession Events for Families and Youth
Moss Point, MS – The Ina Thompson Moss Point Library invites children, teens, and families to join a variety of fun, educational, and interactive programs during the upcoming fall intersession. Events run from September 29 through October 11, offering something for every age and interest!
Highlighted Events Include:

Family PJ Storytime – Sept 29, 3 PM: Snuggle in your pajamas for stories and songs.

Ukulele Exploration – Sept 29, 4 PM: Discover music and rhythm in a hands-on session.
*
Youth Book Club – Sept 30, 4:30 PM: Discuss favorite books with peers.
*
Community Game Night & Learn to Play: Everdell – Every Wednesday: Fun and strategy for all ages.
*
LEGO Challenge: Brickstorm – Oct 2 & 7, 4–6 PM: Brainstorm and build with LEGO bricks!

PBS Kids Afternoon Block – Oct 3–10, 1–3 PM daily: Enjoy classics and new favorites, including Reading Rainbow, The Busy World of Richard Scarry, Carl the Collector, Yeti Tales, Lyla in the Loop, Milo, and Inspector Gadget.

Mad Hatter’s Day Tea Party – Oct 6, 3 PM: A whimsical tea-time experience for the whole family.

Youth Horror Escape Room – Oct 7, 10 AM: A spooky adventure for ages 11–17.

Family Storytime & Jitterbug & Jive – Oct 8–9: Stories, music, and movement for children.
Safety & Accessibility:
Children under 11 must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver 16 years or older. All events are free and open to the public.
