Lucedale-George County Public Library Welcomes Local Author Jamie Boone for Special Author Event
LUCEDALE, Miss. — The Lucedale-George County Public Library invites the community to meet local author Jamie Boone during a special author event on Saturday, July 25, at 10:00 a.m.
Boone will share the inspiration and personal journey behind her book, Are You Sitting Down? His Voice. My Brush. One Calling., a heartfelt work that explores her husband’s life, the art it inspired, and the callings that shape our lives.
During the event, attendees will have the opportunity to hear Boone discuss her writing process, the story behind the book, and the experiences that influenced its creation. The program offers readers a chance to connect with a local author and gain insight into the creative and personal journey behind a published work.
Light refreshments will be provided by the Friends of the Lucedale-George County Public Library.
The event will be held at the Lucedale-George County Public Library, located at 507 Oak Street in Lucedale. Community members are encouraged to attend and learn more about Boone’s inspiring story and literary work.
