Lucedale-George County Public Library Invites Community to Join “Friends of the Library”
Lucedale, MS — The Lucedale-George County Public Library is seeking new members to join the Friends of the Library, a volunteer group dedicated to supporting and enhancing library services. The Friends meet on the first Thursday of each month at 3:30 p.m.
The Friends of the Library play a vital role in helping the library grow into an exceptional resource, capable of meeting the informational and educational needs of the community. Members assist with fundraising, special programs, advocacy, and community outreach.
Community members are encouraged to call, stop by the library, or attend the next meeting to learn more about becoming a Friend.
