East Central Public Library Celebrates Read Across America Week
Hurley, MS – East Central Public Library is celebrating the joy of reading during Read Across America Week, March 2–6, 2026, with a week full of Dr. Seuss-themed fun!
Families are invited to stop by throughout the week for daily crafts and prizes inspired by the whimsical world of Dr. Seuss. Special Seuss Storytimes will be held:
📚 Tuesday, March 3 at 3:00 p.m.
📚 Thursday, March 5 at 10:00 a.m.
Children will enjoy lively stories, creative activities, and plenty of Seuss-style silliness that celebrates imagination and literacy. This free community event is open to families and young readers of all ages.
