Vancleave Public Library Invites Seniors to Join Weekly Cookie Baking Program
VANCLEAVE, Miss. — Something sweet is baking at the Vancleave Public Library! Beginning in September 2026, the library will host a weekly Cookie Baking program bringing local senior citizens together with library staff for fun, fellowship and a little time in the kitchen.
Participants will meet each Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. to help bake cookies for upcoming library programs. The activity offers seniors an opportunity to socialize, connect with others and play a special role in supporting their community library.
Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. We appreciate the community’s enthusiasm and ask that participants simply contact the Vancleave Public Library to secure their spot—or a family member’s spot—before making plans to attend.
