Free summer library programs for children offered on-line! It’s that time of year when your Jackson-George Regional Library System celebrates summer library programs. This year, most programs will be virtual and presented online at www.JGRLS.org.

Libraries host preschool storytimes on a scheduled day of the week at each of our eight libraries. Check below for current day and location - all programs are at 10 a.m.

East Central - Thurs. 10 a.m.

Gautier - Thurs. 10 a.m.

Lucedale - Tues. 10 a.m.

Moss Point -Tues. 10 a.m.

Ocean Springs - Wed. 10 a.m.

Pascagoula - Wed. 10 a.m.

St. Martin - Thurs. 10 a.m.

Vancleave - Thurs. 10 a.m.

When children are free to choose their own reading materials, wonderful things happen. Often children who are resistant to reading books during the school year find a topic of interest and read about things they like over the summer.
